Since the last two weeks in November I've been working on a TV show, where a chef is going all over Norway to show us some of the most delicate food and resources we have right in front of our face. In one of the episodes he goes abroad to Scotland, and in the one I'm currently working on, he's going to Japan.
He's showing us how the Norwegian food is inspired by other cultures, or how the other cultures are inspired by ours.
It's rather amusing and interesting. My interest and knowledge about food has climbed up a few notches because of this show.
